Your tasks

You will independently enter incoming and outgoing invoices in Excel
You will assist in the preparation of all relevant invoice postings
Performing general office tasks will be part of your daily work
Experienced colleagues will provide you with intensive training in the specific accounting programme

Your skills

A current degree in a related field forms the basis of your qualification
Confident use of common MS Office programmes characterises your working style
You communicate confidently in English and have a good knowledge of German
Initial practical experience in accounting or administration is an advantage

Good to know

The assignment starts immediately and lasts for a period of three weeks to three months
Your place of work is in Mannheim and is easily accessible by public transport
A weekly workload of 20 hours allows you to optimally balance your work with your studies
