Working Student Business Development & Operations (m/f/d)

design and e-commerce. We support ambitious brands and companies in building

digital products, scalable business models and sustainable growth.

As a Working Student in Business Development & Operations, you will work

closely with the management team and gain hands-on insight into sales,

operations and entrepreneurial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to business development initiatives, including opportunity

preparation, pitch development and pipeline structuring

• Translate management discussions into clear next steps, owning documentation,

prioritization and follow-through

• Support and continuously improve internal operational processes

• Act as a communication interface between management and key stakeholders,

ensuring alignment and progress

• Support management communication by preparing and drafting written

correspondence and updates

• Develop presentations, summaries and decision-ready materials to support

strategic and operational decisions

Your Profile:

Enrolled student (e.g. Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship,

Information Systems, Communications or similar)

Highly organized and structured working style

Strong written communication skills (very good German, very good English)

High level of responsibility, discretion and reliability

Proactive, independent and solution-oriented mindset

Confident with Google Workspace

Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, sales and digital business models
