Role Description

Are you interested in participating in an international trade fair in Hamburg and learning about the behind-the-scenes operations of a major project?

We are seeking a committed student specializing in Communications or Event Management to assist us in organizing and executing a booth at a major trade show in September 2026. The selected candidate will also assist with other projects as needed.

Your responsibilities

• Support with organizational tasks and timeline management

• Communication with clients and partners

• Coordination of catering and booth construction

• On-site support for our booth and lounge area

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Communication, Event Management, or similar)

• 10-20 hr/week capacity

• Initial experience in event management and communications

(e.g., through internships or part-time jobs)

• Independent and well-structured working style

• Fluent in English and German

• Good computer skills and general knowledge of common Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
