Über die Rolle

Wir suchen eine kreative und eigenständige Unterstützung für unsere digitalen Kanäle. Du hilfst uns dabei, unsere Mission auf Instagram und LinkedIn sichtbar zu machen. Da wir ein Remote-Team sind, arbeitest du flexibel von zu Hause aus, wobei wir uns über eine räumliche Nähe zu Hamburg oder Oldenburg für gelegentlichen direkten Austausch freuen würden.

Deine Aufgaben

1. Content Creation: Erstellung von Posts für Instagram und LinkedIn
2. Redaktionsplanung: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Strukturierung unserer Inhalte
3. Datenbank-Management: Sichten und Sortieren unserer Foto- und Videodatenbank für relevanten Content
4. Analyse: Unterstützung bei der Auswertung von Kampagnen und Performance-Daten
5. Support: Übernahme kleinerer administrativer und organisatorischer Marketing-Aufgaben

Dein Profil

1. Digital Native: Starke Kenntnisse im Bereich Social Media und Digital Marketing
2. Kreativität: Sicher in der Content-Erstellung und eine innovative Ausdrucksweise
3. Marketing-Basis: Erste Erfahrungen oder theoretisches Wissen über Marketingstrategien
4. Kommunikation: Exzellente Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch ist ein Plus)
5. Arbeitsweise: Organisiert, zuverlässig und fähig, eigenständig im Home Office zu arbeiten

Social Media Support (m/f/d) (Students Job)

Location: Remote - Oldenburg or Hamburg preferred

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive student to help us grow our digital presence. You will be the helping hand behind our Instagram and LinkedIn channels, turning our mission into engaging content. While this is a remote position, we value personal connection and would love someone who can occasionally join us for "touch base" days in Hamburg or Oldenburg.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Design and draft engaging posts for Instagram and LinkedIn
2. Planning: Support the team in developing and maintaining our content calendar
3. Media Management: Browse our internal databases (photos/videos) and curate relevant material for storytelling
4. Community & Growth: Assist in analyzing campaign performance and measuring data insights
5. Support: Take ownership of minor marketing tasks and administrative support as needed

Your Profile:

1. Passion for Digital: Strong skills in Social Media and Digital Marketing
2. Creative Flair: Proficiency in content creation and innovative communication
3. Strategic Thinking: First experience or academic knowledge of general marketing practices
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English (German is a plus)
5. Work Style: Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment
6. Bonus: Familiarity with AgTech or Sustainability is the cherry on top!
