Description:

The Andromeda Data Collection Project is seeking participants to contribute examples of e-commerce emails. Participants will share emails they have received from online purchases to help build datasets used in AI development. Participation is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

Participants will contribute by sharing the following types of e-commerce emails:

Order Update — confirmation, status changes, delivery notifications

Carrier Shipping Update — tracking info, estimated delivery, out for delivery

Order Cancellation / Refund — cancellation confirmation, refund processing, refund complete

Returns — return authorization, return received, return processed

Ready for Pickup / Pickup — pickup available, pickup reminder, pickup confirmation

Order Issues — delayed shipment, out of stock, wrong item, damaged item

Purpose:

The collected samples will support the training and evaluation of AI models designed to better understand and process common online shopping communications.

Main Requirements:

Native speaker of the target language

Currently living in a country where the target language is the native language

Ability to access and share e-commerce emails from the categories listed above

Basic computer and email skills

Willingness to complete the task following project guidelines
